Returns are accepted for unused merchandise items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Artworks and Pre-Loved Items
Due to the unique nature of artworks and collectible objects, all sales of the following items are final:
• Original artworks
• Drawings
• Artist editions
• Sculptures
• Vintage or pre-loved items
These items cannot be returned or refunded.
We encourage buyers to carefully review all images and descriptions before purchasing.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:
• the item
• the packaging
• the shipping label
We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.
